The owners objective to accommodate a growing family with an ample functional dwelling, provided a platform for our intention to bring a more esthetic appeal to a relatively new home. The addition of a garage bay provided additional storage along with an expansion of the master bedroom above. A new mud room, enlarged kitchen, which included a conducive eat-in setting, provided a necessary practical element. The result opens up the living space, taking appropriate advantage of the large back yard.
