This traditional four bedroom two and a half bath garrison was in need of updating to accomidate the needs of todays family. In order to move the main living area to the private side of the house we added a new family room off the rear. In keeping with the pace of the neighborhood we went from a two car garage to a three car garage. With traditional master bedrooms being a bit small and lacking closet space, the new master bedroom suite was situated above the garage with plenty of private space and a sitting area. In all, a total of 1,700s.f. of space was added while keeping a comfortable street presence.
